Worst possible service. Due to their incompetence they deducted the wrong amount for my Game loan per debitorder. I contacted them to rectify the situation. They failed to do so and blacklisted me for missing a payment. In 4 years there has never been a problem. Despite many promises and even a letter of apology, my credit report still reflects negatively. I requested to speak to a manager for assistance but it has not been forthcoming. I would most certainly never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone.
