RSC is a ****!!!!

I have an account with Game stores which is RCS and now that I want to close the account it’s a BIG problem!!!! RCS is a ****!!! I’m so angry right now!!!!!!! I have a Game account, I received my statement for April and on the 25th of April 2022, I payed the entire outstanding amount and now they are refusing to close my account saying I have to pay for a service fee that will be charged on the 1st of May yet by then this account should be closed!!!! Why do I need to pay extra and for a service I wound be using just to close the account???? It’s a *******!!! I’m so upset like I’ve paid what you stated I owe on the statement but now that I won’t to pay the account I’m being charged extra!!! And worst of all I paid on Monday yet already I owe them like it’s a ****!!! I’ll never ever ever hVe an account with RCS ever again!!! I’ve paid my ENTIRE outstanding balance so please close that account because I refuse to pay extra
