RSC disgusting service

I called there customer service and the lady i spoke to was so rude she has no way of speaking to customers. I made two payments on my account and they sent me a letter to state that my account is in arrears.disgusting service, no way of speaking to there loyal clients so pathetic im definitely closing my account that i have had for more then 10 years.
