Refusal of service and descriminating.

RCS team expects me to pay however they are refusing to issue a statement the last statement is received in May 2023. The idea is cause a frustration. When a payment is made the balance reduces and the next payment in most cases reduces and allows one to pay a bit less as the balance would have reduced. However another discriminating factor is that I can't pay less as a fear is being created that a tectic may be played that I do not meet my monthly commitments. This happens when my account has necer missed even one payment.
