Refunds

Their refund services is terrible. Settled my account on the 9th of December 2025 but they still took a debit order payment on the 13th of Dec 2025. It is the 4th of Jan 2026 and they still saying they are processing the refund and will still take another 7 to 14 days to clear with their Finance department.
