Rcs/Game store account

I've requested casback from my game store card to my bank account few times already without any problems. But theres one request for cashback on the 26th April, that actually reflects on my store card account statement, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED the money in my bank.

After sending numerous emails to rcs, rep**** with what was asked, (my bank statement), The problem still persist, and thus, I will not pay my account until this had been sorted out and my request paid to me.

I called game, I called RCS countless times, without any success of effort in sorting the problem out and keeping contact with me.

They can pay the credit to my account, like proven to not reflect on my account, and not charge that one on my credit account.
