RCS: Worst financial company by far

Firstly we blocked our PnP RCS account because we noticed some activity on our phone and email. We blocked the account on 1 December 2023 On 15th someone unblocked the account and they purchased items at PnP. The ***** was reported to and refund was done. We then requested for the account to be close completely Immediately. Received email on 9 January 2024 confirming that we request account closure. Account balance R0 We called today and the account is not closed as agreed. This company is the worst for completing instructions. This company allow ***** to be perpetrated. Avoid doing business with them if possible.
