RCS want me to pay paid up debt!!!!

In 2018, I bought an item via RCS loan at Game stores. The agreed period for payment has elapsed and I have honoured the agreement by paying instalment over the agreed period. Even after the said period, RCS is still hounding me for payments, in all this time I have not received even a single statement from RCS. My request is that RCS provide me with monthly statements and invoices since inception of our agreement.
