RCS threat

On the 19th of November 2022. I was informed by Makro Springfield that a purchase had been made of R10000 on my RCS card in Makro JHB, a store which I've never been. I opened up a case there and was informed that within 30 days it would be resolved. We now the 10th of Jan 2023 and RCS are sending me a number of requests for payment and threats but I'm unable to get hold of them for the case to be resolved or to find out the progress of the case.
