Why send me your tasteless SMS's that my debit order did not go off and I need to go and pay in store on a Sunday morning if it indeed did go of as confined by your call centre, And this on a Sunday morning! I find this loathsome and despicable. I am now told it is the "system' . I now wonder if the "system' will also record me as skipping payments on my ITC profile.
