RCS staff fighting me to take a loan

just had a very abuse/rude call from one of your sales agents forcing me to take a loan, and fighting me for my views and refusing to take a loan. I need a call recording as I need to take this up.

Not only did she disturb my family time, inner peace, mental well being. But she also over stepped my human right.
