Absolutely WORTHLESS!! Their main phone number has been non-functional for MONTHS - no one cares. All they are capable of doing is calling you to make your payment. Getting ANY ASSISTANCE FROM the apparently dead staff will NEVER happen. I finally by-passed the non-existent, but top of Google telephone number and called another number and hey presto. Instant answer, instant help, polite, knowledgeable, helpful, can actually SPEAK ENGLISH. And here is the kicker - These two GREAT people are CAPE TOWN based. BBBBBEEEE is clearly not working for RCS in Gauteng - but Coloured guys and girls in CAPE TOWN understand their jobs - TO SERVICE THE CLIENT!!!!! Quit your BBBBBEEE nonsense - like the government - IT. DOES. NOT. WORK. I also notice that amongst ALL the complaints on here - RCS has not rep**** to ONE!!! ANC arrogance much BBBBBBEEEEE Gauteng?????????????????????? To ALEX and KIRSTEN in CAPE TOWN - I cannot thank you enough and you are what employees should be - courteous, well spoken, knowledgeable, helpful. I hope this review brings you jobs that are worthy of your dedication and your common sense that tells you that your job is what puts money on your table. ALEX and KIRSTEN - I wish for you both all the blessings, opportunities and wonderful lives that you both so richly deserve. Go and work for a "real" company that appreciates you. RCS doesn't deserve you.
