Rcs poor,poor,poor customer service everyone clueless.

Hi,I have a pic n pay smart shopper RCS account,I made a payment on the 25th of July for the amount of R3000.00 via the Absa banking app,on the banking app Pic n Pay is list as a store account and not as a card account like all the other banks.So I paid the money in to the store account.I phoned several times explaining what happened because I have been harassed every day by emails,phone calls and messages to say I must make a payment.I have explained my situation to over 10 consultants I spoke too what happened,I was told to send the proof of payment and had to get the target details and mailed it to them,which I ***,No body made a not off what's happening,still recieved messages to make a payment,I received a call from collections department to do a payment and I had to explained what's happening and mailed the documents again *** and was told the will let me know when the payment is sorted.Today it's almost a month and I'm still poor,poor,poor customer service not very,every body is clueless.How can you run a business like this.I have been with RCS for almost 20 years never missed one payment and this is how you treat me a loyal customer like a piece of ****...I did not missed a payment but you have harassed for your money that I did pay.Who Is going too cover all my call I made.Im going to closed this account and take my business somewhere els.
