RcS poor service

Firstly when we app**** for the card it took us a week and a half to get it right first through Game which was a nightmare of a process, we didn't continue after so much trouble, then we tried at Makro we were approved within 24 hours. So when payments are made at the Makro till it does not give you a slip which shows ur balance after payment is made. Account gets paid every 15th today my husband gets a call from his bosses regarding the account, which was paid last Saturday at 09h12 How embarrassing since we've never experienced something like this. I am absolutely applaud by their customer service.
