RCS - No service but quick to offer credit.

I reported ********** activity on my account in April 2022. I have not received any feedback since and to make matters worse, they have stopped sending me statements. I see now R12 342 was loaded against my credit profile when my balance was R6 446 before the ***** case was reported. So after paying for a year and not using the account, my balance has doubled!!! customer service here in non-existent. I waited 25 minutes on the line without anybody answering.

People - take my advise and stay away from RCS.
