RCS money credit not cleared with ICT

I had a money credit card with RCS group back in 2018 which was sent for debt review which was administered by Consumer Friend under Debtbusters. I have been paying the account since then and I decided to pay the account off in May. It has been paid off since the 9th of May however it still shows that I owe RCS(massmart money credit card) an amount of R23167 and that I am in arrears on my credit report. I have been enquiring about this and I was told that my account has been cleared but it is not cleared on ICT. I did my investigation and learned that the account number that I have been paying for is not the same as my actual Massmart Money credit card account number. I was advised by Consumer Friend that RCS has converted their prime numbers to new account numbers. On their side it shows that the 2 accounts are the same but not linked to each other. I have been enquiring about this and I seem to not get any help from RCS, Consumer Friend and Debtbusters. The last response I received from consumer friend is that "The matter has been escalated to RCS management but there is still not feedback. I sent my complain to NCR as well but they never got back to me.
