I'm sharing my horrific experience with RCS to warn others. In 2021, I made my final payment on a CTM account with an RCS loan. I was told to destroy the card, indicating the account was closed. The CTM store representative assisted me open the account and I was never in contact with RCS until now and I am still getting emails from CTM stating clearly that I do not owe them.

However, in 2024, RCS started harassing me with calls, claiming I owed them money. Despite explaining my payment history and account closure, they continued to demand payment.

No settlement letter or proof of payment was ever provided. I believe RCS is ****ming people by reviving supposedly settled debts.
