RCS Loans - REFUND NEEDED NOW!

The Loan was fully settled in May of this year however every month I am have debit order off my account. I phoned to be told that I needed to provide a POP which I did on email and was acknowledged by RCS. Then silence. I have phoned various times to get my monies refunded and even spoke to a team leader who promised to call me back and again nothing. This is disgusting how RCS treat their clients and the dont care attitude about what financially they are doing to you. I want my refund and thats that.
