RCS loans are pathetic

I’ve been trying for more than a month to get my loan term extended. I’ve spent hours on the phone, using up all my minutes. I keep getting told a supervisor will look into it and will call me back. To date nobody has called me back. I can’t believe horrible service I’m receiving. My last call was yesterday and I was advised somebody will call me back before the end of the day or I will get an email. This hasn’t happened. What more must I do.
