The above company is not worthy to be listed as serving the society because they harrased me to pay them over 3500 in 2019 which in few weeks they told me their system does not allow them to have such money as overpayment by a client and gave me a day to spend with them and I had to buy stuff I don't need or planned to clear it then my account was okay for a few months until again they did the same thing for just less than a 1000 rand and I remember paying the same way I used to pay them for years from my capitec app on the 9/5/20/19 if my memory serves me right I paid exactly 1000 but to my surprise they harrased me like previously and they sent different collections companies to call me and I have been sending them proof of payment till I got tired. Today I went to a bank and found out I'm blacklisted for the money as overdue, what I want to know is why is their incompetence my fault and I want urgent intervention on the matter as it hinders my credit worthiness.
