RCS has bad service delivery

My account was in areas for a month of September, I cleared all my areas amount on the 12 of October and on the 1st of November my debit order went off as normal, however on the 2nd of November they debited me same amount of areas which I had already paid and sent proof of payment to (***) and they confirmed they received my payment. I've been trying to call them no answer of my calls I've been sending lot of emails no feedback at all, they took money from my account which they weren't supposed to and now they don't want to refund me I'm being ignored. Bad bad bad service experienced ever.
