RCS group unable to allocate debit order payments and refund me.

I have requested a refund because RCS is debiting my account monthly. They only refunded my April premium and insisted that they can't allocate the payments on 1 June, 30 June and 1 August 2023.

I provided proof of debit orders in July and to date I have not even received any update unless I email or call.

This matter is not taken serious enough and I need to know whats the next steps I can take to get this resolved. It's been escalated to management on many occasions but no one takes the time to update me accordingly. No one seems to know how to assist or they don't understand their own escalation processes. The debit order must be canceled and I want my refund please.
