RCS group poor customer service

The service from the RCS employees is absolutely pathetic, ever since an update to the game and builders apps in December I have been unable to log in and I've been contacting rcs for over 5 months to resolve the issue with absolutely no assistance whatsoever ( I've been phoning in and going to the stores with no results) I would much rather have the apps working so I can make payments and monitor my accounts because I live far from the game and builders stores.

I am at my wits end with RCS already because I have made payments to them previously via my banking app of which only some of them have reflected on my game or builders accounts hence the reason for me wanting the use of the apps again so I can get control of the situation. I have absolutely no idea why rcs can't just simply assist me in resolving the problem
