RCS Group - Leaders of pathetic service in SA.

RCS continues to block my Game store card due to suspected *****, of which there has been none. This issue has been ongoing, the card is hardly used and every time I have the need to make a purchase with it is is AGAIN blocked. After many frustrating calls - the last of which the consultant just put the phone down on me I have yet to resolve the issue.

If you as a consumer have any other option but to use RCS please take it as this is a pathetically useless company to deal with.
