RCS Group - GAME assumptions then blocking your card

I am so very disappointing in the type of service / ideas RCS/GAME are having. The first time i opened a Game account they blocked my card because THEY SUSPECTED something fishy because they ASSUMED that someone else was using my card. I was so very upset cause it took me 3 hours on the phone, loads of airtime money just to unblock the card THEY DECIDED TO BLOCK WITHOUT CALLING THE CLIENT FIRST TO MAKE SURE WHAT IS GOING ON. I mean that makes more sense to call the client before blocking their cards, i mean really...Anyhow i paid the account and closed it.... after a few months i reopened an account with GAME and guess what?? THE CARD WAS BLOCKED AGAIN without them double checking with me if it was me first before blocking the card - I am sorry and with all honesty this is the worst and dumbest Idea, to block a card without checking with the clients before doing so. it is so inconvenient, so frustrating and it costs money not to mention staying on the phone for ages without any answer or with unhelpful agents putting you through from one person to another and you end up getting no where. RCS PLEASE REFRAIN FROM DOING THIS TO YOUR CLIENTS! IT IS VERY VERY FRUSTRATING AND the service when you call is also very poor which does not leave your clients happy and or satisfied!
