RCS GROUP A MICKEY MOUSE BUSSINESS

RCS GROUP..As a RCS store card holder for the past 2 years I am so dissapointed.There was a ***** case done on my RCS store card where the funds R45817 was transffered to my standard bank account.I reported the case to the RCS ***** department.They then requested documenttasion which I forwarded wit a reffernce number.When I asked for an update I was told that I did not call them to tell them that I forwarded the docoments which I had to resend.3 months later the case has not being resolved.I phoned the ***** department.Today and now request me to get proof of payment from standard bank that the money was send back to Rcs.What a disaster.They borrow money out on your name and you have to sit with the frastration afterwards.I just want this case resolved so I can finally close this flippen account down.
