RCS giving bad customer service & incorrect information

I'm absolutely frustrated with RCS, I have phoned in countless times& spoken to 4 different call centre agents and yet i still have not been assisted. Different agents whom all give different information about the makro credit store card. False information being given on the internet about the use and purpose of their credit facility. RCS I think your misleading us the consumers with the false information on your website & false advertising is eligal in South Africa!
