RCS Game Store Card: Isaac Kgalabi Aphane:ID***

I have got a Game account with RCS as per card ***.I have paid R1600.00 monthly since June 2023 and it amounts to R9600.00 but my account didn't decreased by a mere R6000.00. The initial loan was for R30 000.00 but am still owing R25 000.00.Why?Where is my money going to?Am asking Hellopeter to assist me to find answers.
