I have opened a Game store card, collected the Card at Wonderpark. The following week, the *****sters changed and duplicated my card, and used my card at shoprite to buy a grocer. I have since logged a dispute with ***** department its 3 months going to 4 months without feedback. They said its 21 days to investigate fter my case is been allocated to agents but it's 3 months without a feedback. Your service is so terrible that I have to wait 3 months for feedback. I have given your ***** department ample time to do their investigation, but still they are failing to do their work.
