RCS Financial Services has pathetic and horribleservice

This service provider does not deserve even a star. It is the worst financial services provide. I made a payment on 01 March 2024 towards my Massbuild account via an Ozow link that RCS sent me and sent all proof of payments and RCS acknowledged receipt of payment but has still not allocated the payment and they keep calling me for payment and also sending sms demanding payment. They have *****ed my credit profile as a slow payer/defaulter I cant even apply for my second house bond because of this listing done by RCS I have made more than 30 calls and they keep telling me they have escalated to the allocations department and am not allowed to speak to anyone on that department. Am contemplating suing RCS for losses that I have incurred and tarnishing my credit profile Their call centre agents are so incompetant and unempowered. Sometimes they just drop calls if they can not answer a question Had I known when I opened that builders account that it was through RCS I would not have even tried. I would never in my life refer anyone to this service provide to experience this horrible service
