RCS- CORICRAFT FAILS TO UPDATE THEIR ACCOUNTS AND FALSELY HANDS CUSTOMER TO CREDIT SOLUTION COMPANY

RCS-Coricraft deserves a MINUS ONE HUNDRED as a rating. Month-end June 2024, I had a current balance of R36 775.71, account has never been in arrears. So on the 2nd of July, I decided to pay R36 776. To my surprise my statement end of July stated I owed R498.86 and payment due on the first of Aug was R185.19. Once again I decided to just pay R499 and not that 180plus on the 1st of Aug. Today (06/08/2024) I get a call from a Rude lady from MBD demanding I pay the OUTSTANDING R185.19 as I failed to make payment. Its the sheer audacity to hand me over to a credit solution company when my account is firstly not in arrears or overdue, especially when it is even fully paid of its debt. Now Im told to go to Coricraft to inform them I had made payment and for them to remove my name from the MBD list as they will continue to call me. I am done. This *** company has now lost me as a customer. When I go to them to sort out their MESS. I will also be closing this account. I dont need such unprofessional conduct in my life. I AM DONE!!!!

BE CAREFUL OF RCS AND ALL ITS AFFLIATION, BE IT CORICRAFT, GAME ETC One would swear that that RCS and Coricraft do not liase with each other. They are quick to send you to credit solution companies without doing their due deligence. I have been a faithful customer for many years WITHOUT defaulting not even ONCE and they send me to MBD as if I defaulted on payment. Y'all need to do better by yall customers! SIES
