RCS Budge *****

I have a Makro Credit Card where by i have a budget option. I have selected this option over a period of 24 month's My last payment for this 24 months budget option was on the 1 Nov 2023. I receive my Statement to find that my 24-month period was now 25 months at the end of November 2023 because of interest where you pay your account and after 24 months the account i paid up but RCS extend to 25 months of interest so when it come to end of November you are going to pay interest again on the interest so it extend to end December . This mean you will never paid your account of in the arrangement you have made with RCS Credit Card. .

When i bring this under the callcente they dont know anything of how to calulate a 24-month budge repayment, nor do they understand that you select 24 months to make sure all get paid in 24 months. I spoke to a call-centre manager that promise me He WILL call me before3 17:00 (close of business) Never happen . Please be careful when you want to use RCS. I will say never use them at All.
