Hello, I used the my store Rcs game card on the 8 of August purchasing a Blu voucher it said failed but it still deducted the money, I called to get help on the matter but instead they keep giving me different numbers to call and I still did not get help, the last call I made the lady said she will excalate my matter nd I will get a response after 2 days, It has been a week already and I haven't heard from them and my money or my voucher pins are still not back PS: it was 3 blu vouchers 100r each meaning I lost 300 on them and also a 100r airtime that I did not receive the voucher number I total I lost 400r and I'm not getting any help at all
