RCS

Hi! Been paying my Game Acc at Cape Union Mart (under RCS) for months now and my last payment was on the 4th this month. Problem is they keep calling telling me that I haven't paid and they insist I must send them the proof but my question to them was that "why now"? Because I've been paying at CUM without you any problems. I argued with them that when you make a call to me you are charging me for the call and the charges are added to my account. I told them to fix their system but the way their agents are so rude is beyond me. Why do they say we must pay at any store which is under RCS if their system can't automatically pick up the payments. I think it's a **** so that they can call you and charge you more. Be careful
