Proof of payment send no respond from RCS

Hi ive made a eft payment on the 25th of august on my pick n pay rcs store account but i forgot to state my refence number on my eft payment..ive emailed proof of payment to them on saturday the 2nd of september RCS payment department but theres no response from their side to help allocate my payment on my account
