POPIA Infringement by RCS on Loan Offer.

I recently received a call from RCS Loans saying that "RCS are calling on behalf of Discovery" to offer me a loan.

Discovery Bank confirmed that they have not released my details to RCS.

Please can u advise how - my details were obtained for the call? - who were they obtained from? - what permissions were in place in terms of POPIA validating the use of my personal information?
