Poor customer service

Lack of customer service . I opened a credit card with them a month ago, I called in 4 weeks ago and advised I am unable to register on their app, they advised they would get IT to call me. 4 weeks later I am still waiting. I am unable to see my balance on my card, I am unable to see my account details so I link my to u bank to transfer money into my credit card. Doesn’t seem like anyone at RCS wants to assist a customer
