PNP Store Card (RCS)

I just received a call from this number *** at 11:36am regarding my Pick n Pay store account, this consultant was so disrespectful! She is arrogant and had no way of speaking to her clients, she even dropped the phone in my ear after I said I can also raise my voice at her and be rude. This is pathetic service and she has no right to just ask my banking details in such a disrespectful manner. You guys should appoint professionals that know how to approach their clients in a respectful manner especially when the client isn't disrespectful!
