Pathetic service from RCS

It's been more than a week since I requested the cancellation of my bond acc with RCS. I took out a homeloan with them years back and wish to cancel it by settling it. The law firm handling the cancellation get no response. I tried emailing them 6 times. Got 1 answer that they are offline. Phoned in everyday without any success. You can't speak to a consultant or get one to call you. This is sooo frustrating as I want to settle the account but get no client service to do so. Berenice your service and that of your manager is Pathetic ... Stay away from these people they do not value clients.
