Pathetic Service

My credit bureau at Experian and ITC is still reflecting in arrears yet this account has been settled in full. Kindly provide feedback in writing when an instruction has been sent and i am requesting a letter to be sent to me. Failure to do so i have no other alternative but to call the Credit Ombudsman.
