Pathetic Service

I would like to express my disappointment with this institution how badly they have treated me. I took out credit with them in 2018 and had a debit order with them, i have never missed a payment. In March this year was the last debit. i have never stopped my debit with them, then suddenly MBD calls me and tells me i owe RSC and if i dnt pay they will Black list me. On the 12 of July i called the call centre spoke to a lady called Nelly and she confirmed that i only owe R185.01, she sent me banking details and i paid R200 and sent the POP on the 14 July ALL OF THIS HAS BEEN RECORDED DOWN. TO MY SUPRISE MBD KEEPS CALLING ME of which they advised me that MBD wont be calling me again and that they will be dealing with them. What is disturbing with all this is i never refused to make payment and never stop the debit, YOUR ORGANISATION STOPPED THE DEBIT NOW I CALLED IN THIS MORNING AND SPOKE TO A RUDE AGENT TELLING ME I HAVE BEEN HANDED OVER, HOW AND WHY. NO ONE IS WILLING TO ASSIST ME THERE AND ITS FUSTRATING BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN LOYAL TO THEM.
