Pathetic and unhelpul service

Most pathetic and unhelpful company to get assistance from.

I am getting harrassed from multiple collectors stating I need to make payment arrangements yet I had a payment arrangement in place since 2018 and have been paying. Nobody can provide me with an updated statement yet I am being harrassed to make payment arrangements. There is even added charges for calls,sms's and emails being sent to me yet I cannot be provided with an updated statement. What nonsense!!!
