****MED by Game/RCS Sales Agent—Fee Misrepresented, Complaint Ignored

The agent at Game Festival Mall **** about the account fees, telling me there were none, even though I asked directly. I was pressured and rushed into signing, and now I'm forced to pay an approximately R220 fee for the application initiation. I am immediately closing due to their dishonesty. This is unacceptable, especially since I've experienced similar ********* pressure at PnP. I sent a formal complaint to RCS via email, and they completely ignored the misconduct in both incidents, only acknowledging the closure request.
