MAKRO RCS USELESS!!!

The most pathetic service ever, I made a payment on their app on Friday the 21st June 2024 and confirmation of payment via SMS was not sent through, I called ***and spoke to Phumza and Nelly and they too didn't know the answer and they both told me there is a turnaround time.

This is nonsense as I have paid on the app and this usually reflects the next day.

USELESS AND REGRETTING WHY I HAVE THIS ACCOUNT.
