Makro RCS ****mers

I have just received a call from one of the sales consultants at RCS who was so rude and did not give me their name.

They informed me that I made a purchase of R600+ at Jet Sandton City in May 2023 and they are going to add that to my bill this month.

I do not accept this because I did not make that purchase, I made a purchase at Edgars for R890, I even provided them with the statement. Why come a year and 2 months later to tell me this(she did not even ask, she was telling me they adding). I am not in agreement with it and your consultants needs to learn communication skills and respecting their customers.
