Information needed

I have tried phoning Gamestores to get an account number to pay my instalment via phoneapp ,just to get the details , i was directed to the Rcs group which cant assist me .this is pathetic .a customer cant be expected to wait for hours on the phone to get no assistance .and when contacting them via email , they reply please phone this number !
