Incorrectly listed as bad payer when payments were received on time

I had an account with game and just recently closed my account. They have flagged my account a late payer yet on the statement that I received from the the money was received on time and payments were made timeously. i have sent emails and no one is responding , i am so frustrated and this is ruining my credit score
