Finally managed to pay up this curse of an account. requested a paid up letter and a month later i get a response saying that my account has a credit so they need to, firstly, charge me a monthly service fee for the amount they owe me, then they need to refund me. which i assume will take another 3 months. i mean they need to squeeze another 3 monthly fees out of me for good measure.
