If you think COJ service is bad try GAME/RCS

So straight after I wrote my review, I got a call from a lovely lady at RCS who confirmed they had received my payment that the first consultant swore they never received that my account was in arrears that she was going to call me back after loading shedding!!!

I was told to ignore everything that I would receive no further emails, msgs, sms, that my statement would be correct and completely up to date.

RCS you are worst at this point than I'm sure looking at my community chats conversation about their COJ water and electricity accounts that have been so messed up honestly it sucked.

No sooner had she put the phone down when I got a collections letter, a sms and email saying my account is in arrears. No sooner had she put the phone down when my statement come showing no reflection of my payment made instead interest add for every transaction, an amount added for a collection letter, a sms sent, seriously and yet she ended the call with you are such a valued customer please go out and use your card at any time that you feel and the agent will give you a call as a courteous to apologize.

Well, one thing happened for sure I went out and used my card if I could buy alcohol, I probably would have bought whatever was strong enough to drown my RCS sorrow but instead I bought chip and dip to comfort eat what never came the apologetic courtesy call of course..

Soon or later this account will be closed because I don't think the COJ services is as bad as RCS
