Horrible and mediocre service from RCS Group (Financial Services Company).

This is the most horrible company. I had an RCS card, asked for a settlement balance and paid it within the expiry date. Now they are refusing to credit the account and close it. They keep sending me messages to make the minimum monthly payments. Worse I have contacted them and they are so useless, especially Thabisa and some team leader Mark or Marco who received my escalation. Beware of these ******, they are a nightmare to deal with. DON'T USE RCS!!!
